The Rise of the China (Red Dragon) in South China Sea

China had good relations with neighboring countries.

They were good traders, businessmen, and investors.

We welcomed them, and many Chinese became Filipino immigrants turned billionaires now owning more lands and properties in development than Filipinos in our own land.

We see them as opportunity for Filipinos jobs and economy...

Until one day, the sun rises and their army rise together with their economy.

They then claimed an entire seas.

The South China Sea.

Neighboring countries helplessly watch as China grows power in South China Sea,building an entire new island for military power.

The Dragon has risen.

The other countries resisted, closed their gates, closed doors, blocked all means while Philippines slowly embrace the Asia's rising dragon. Surprised? No, among all the neighboring countries, Philippines will be left to sit idly and watch it grow. We can only do so much in protest but not stopping it.

Trace it back to why we do not resist. Trace it to Chinese owned big corporations that we already embraced in many decades we did not see that it already colonized this country in the way China grow their business and economy in this country. So when they rise in power in militarization, we are the first country as target.

We have emraced China long before they rise in military power in South China Sea.

The Philippines is also a strategic location during world war 2, and it is still now. Philippines is the gateway to other continents and countries, the island in the middle of continents, the heart of Asia and the world in global invasion during world war 2 and also a good strategy in China's future plans with their crave for global power.
